Wedding Feature: Christina & Matthew

LACE...LETTERPRESS...LOVE!

Christina and Matthew are a beautiful Armenian-American couple who had a very distinct vintage flair.  As dear childhood friends, we were overjoyed to help them in creating their dream wedding celebration!

We thoroughly relish when we find someone who loves letterpress as much as we do - Christina & Matthew's invitation suite delivered the perfect introduction to their elegant and traditional wedding celebration. Considering their design inspiration, incorporating lace into the invitation was a must... And if I do say so myself, this design wore the letterpress SO well!  The impression deeply pierced the delicate cotton paper, and the ornate typesetting fit the hand-drawn lining of the design like a glove. Their wedding accessories also incorporated these elements and complimented their celebration table decor.

Two very unique details: Their wedding programs - included a darling envelope inside of the program, enclosing tissue "for happy tears". Loved this!  And their etched-mirror seating chart - the mirror incorporated the vintage lace design offering a mid-evening 'spramp' location for guests and {more importantly} a keepsake for the bride & groom's home, post-wedding!

Stems at the Palatine did beautiful designs for their wedding centerpieces and bridal bouquets featuring soft tones of anemones, peonies & cabbage roses!  The altar at their ceremony was framed with two large ivy-filled urns, which were also incorporated into the reception.  Another fun feature were their varied centerpieces, adding a wonderful element of dimension to the design of the room.

The evening was perfect as guests danced the night away with this bride & groom.  A union of two very loving families and a big congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Matthew Zakarian - We loved your wedding style & we love you. Cheers!!

Wedding Feature: Rachel & Joseph

We have one word to describe Rachel & Joseph: Elegant!

Their Palatine wedding was personal, intimate and classic.  With a group of their most cherished friends and family, the bride & groom celebrated in style at Slates Restaurant! Mark Janzen did a fabulous job capturing memorable snapshots of Rachel & Joseph at the iconic Palatine Building - some of our favorites were definitely the rooftop shots, with dusk nestled behind them. The couple selected a decadent three-course dinner menu, personalized to each guest and their dining preference at Slates Restaurant {love these personal touches!}.  With champagne flowing, the party extended through the night! We were thrilled to have been a part of this fabulous occasion!

Wedding Feature: Brittany & Joshua

Brittany and Josh came to us with a classic, city chic style.  They set the tone of their elegant wedding with grande traditional embossing & letterpress invitations.  'Black Tie' attire created excitement among guests and as you can see from the photos, everyone dressed to the Nines!

After their beautiful Catholic wedding ceremony, the bridal party hopped on a trolley and traveled to the Bentley Reserve on Battery Street in San Francisco.  The large columns with mystical lighting revealed the perfect setting and the party began when the bride and groom sauntered down the stairs of this extravagant ballroom.

Elegance was exuded in every detail of this wedding celebration. Compliments to Andrew Weeks Photography for the fab photos you see here. RSVP for the wedding invitation design.  And to the Mother of the Bride, Donna Raven, who was the mastermind behind the design of this event!
